A Note About Payment
We accept PayPal as a means of a quick, secure payment plan. You are not required to have a PayPal account to make a payment with PayPal, just a major credit card will do. If you do not have a major credit card or you do not feel comfortable using your credit card over the internet then a money order or a certified check will be accepted as well.

A Note About Shipping
We always use Canada's Xpress Post service for shipping your phone back to you, We believe that Canada Post provides a fast, inexpensive and reliable method of shipping. Xpress Post includes insurance, tracking number and a required signature if requested. If you would like a different method of return shipping you will have to notify us.

If you would like to use a courier company please send along a prepaid waybill with your complete return address and account number. Please note that if you send us a phone by a courier company and do not include a prepaid waybill or other instructions it will be sent back by Xpress Post and you will be billed for the return shipping cost.

After we ship out your phone we cannot be held responsible for the length of time it arrives to your door. Xpress Post generally indicates within Canada 3-5 business days but we usually see it in 2-3 days.

A Note About USA Customers
We encourage US residents to use USPS, (Priority Post preferred), for their shipping method to us. We find that USPS may provide a slightly slower method of shipping but will likely have less problems being tied up at the border. Also please always be honest and indicate what you are sending. It is also very important to indicate that the phone is coming into Canada for service and will be returned back to you.

Delivery across the USA/Canadian border may take an extra day or two due to Customs but this is not always the case. It is rare that Customs ever get involved with your package when shipping to Canada but please note that Canadian and US Customs have every right to open any package whether it be random or specified coming in and out of Canada/USA. Please note that we are also not responsible for any duties, taxes, handling fees or brokerage fees incurred while shipping across the border back to you. On extremely rare cases the same applies to incoming; any additional charges incurred by duties, taxes, handling fees or brokerage fees then the customer will be asked to pay this fee.

A Note About Packaging
When sending your phone to us it is important to note that the phone and battery are "only" required to be sent to us to service your phone. Original box, home chargers, SIM cards and other accessories are not to be sent to us, unless requested.

When sending your phone it is always a precaution to package your phone well but not to over do it. Please send us only the phone and send as small and as light as possible.

As a standard we ship your phone back to you using bubble wrap around your phone with scotch tape and inserted into a bubble pack mailer envelope. We do this so that your phone can be inserted in most mail boxes hence having to go to the post office to pick your package up. Also We find this provides a small, safe and light package for delivery. If you still feel that this method is unsatisfactory for your liking then you will have to notify us in writing why you want different packaging and extra charges may incur.

We "always" put our return address on your package in case of an incorrect address so that it doesn't get lost in the mail.
